Our saucisson sec or most commonly known as The French Gourmet Salami, is made with 100% Pure Australian Free Range Pork from the Darling Downs. We are very proud to be the only one in Australia to offer real certified Free Range Pork Saucisson that is gluten free and nuts free!
They are available in different flavors:

- Provence Herbs
- Hot Chili
They could last up to 3 months in the fridge.
