Hi, I am Aurelien, I was born in the Champagne region of France. France is a place where quality is not a trend, it’s a tradition. Where Sunday lunches last for hours, bread is never ordinary, cheese is discussed like art, and every ingredient has a story.

Growing up there, you don’t just eat — you experience food. You learn that flavour matters. That texture matters. That how something is raised, grown, aged, or prepared makes all the difference. Standards are high, not because people want to show off, but because they simply refuse to accept average.

From a young age, I understood something important: cheap food is forgotten. Quality food is remembered.

That mindset shaped me.

Today, wherever I am in the world, my philosophy remains the same. My goal is never to chase the lowest price. My goal is to find products everyone will genuinely enjoy — products that make people pause after the first bite and say, “That’s good.”

Because when you grow up surrounded by excellence, your benchmark changes. You look for flavour first. Integrity first. Craftsmanship first.
