When will my order arrive?
We'll be in touch after you place your order to confirm your delivery day and a timeframe that works for you. Because we're a small, hands-on operation, we like to keep things personal and make sure your order arrives at a time that's convenient.

How do you keep perishable items fresh during delivery?
We take great care with all our cheeses, pastries, and meats. Orders are packed with care to maintain freshness and temperature during transit. We plan our deliveries thoughtfully so your goodies arrive in perfect condition — just as they would from a good French deli!

What should I do if I'm not home when my order arrives?
Please let us know in advance if you won't be home. We'll work with you to find the best solution — whether that's a safe drop-off spot or rescheduling.

How should I store my order when it arrives?
Most of our products are best kept refrigerated. Here are a few tips:

  • Cheeses: Store in the fridge, ideally wrapped in wax or baking paper (not plastic) to let them breathe. Bring to room temperature for 30 minutes before serving for the best flavour.
  • Pastries: Best enjoyed fresh on the day of delivery. If keeping for later, store in an airtight container and reheat gently in the oven.
  • Meats & charcuterie: Keep refrigerated and consume by the use-by date on the packaging.
