Eligibility We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases only:
Refund Window Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to process claims after this period.
How to Contact Us To request a refund or replacement, please email us at frenchdeliathome@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the product.
Non-Refundable Items We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect storage after delivery, or claims made after the 24-hour window.
Resolution Once your claim is reviewed, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund at our discretion, processed within 5–7 business days.
